The thrill is now coming from within Forgive me sisters…

The uniform project illustrates how you can be really creative with what you have and how accessories can created completely different looks using the same base of clothes.  I have been playing with fun colorful jewelry to help mix up what is otherwise a very staid wardrobe.   Scarves are also great to add spot color and can be super crazy, more crazy than I would use for regular clothes, but work great to add to monotone outfits (which I have a lot of).  I would love to know how to remake old outfits or second hand clothes into something entirely new, but as this is a skill that I don’t expect will reach a functional point any time soon, accessories are my solution for the time being.  I can have a fun edgy look using stuff I would not have thought to use or that didn’t seem to be my “style”.  Well, I’ve reinvented my style!
