Hey Dieters! So another poll has come to an end and we found that a whopping 56% of those who participated in the poll would expect to pay up to $50 for a pair of jeans!
Where are you guys finding these steals?? As a recent college graduate, spread the love, I want in on these types of secrets. I always have to get my jeans tailored, so that automatically adds $10 to the price of any jeans I buy. Do you guys run into the same issues when it comes to price of jeans?
Our new poll question: What do you have most of in your wardrobe?
Happy Blogging Dieters
Well, I’m 5′10″ and currently plus-sized, and always big-butted. I love Lane Bryant’s Right Fit Jeans, in the Blue super curvy line.
When I’m a bit smaller, Lee Jeans work great. Esquire even says that you can get a pair of $40 jeans that fits as well as a pair of $200 jeans, but it will probably take you longer.
Levis now makes curvy jeans.
$50?! You’ve got to be kidding me! Levi’s, LEVI’S for pete’s sake, the American Standard of Blue Jeans, go on sale at JC Penney all the time for about $25.00. I don’t remember the last time that I paid more than $30 for a pair of nice jeans that are going to last (I’ve got jeans that are probably at least 5 years old that I’d still wear if I hadn’t lost enough weight that I could now pull them off without undoing the fly.)
I usually buy jeans at Ross or Marshall’s for under $30. Marshall’s has more selection of good quality/designer jeans for women, but if you’re looking for something trendy you can find something cheaper in Ross’s junior section. Every once in a while the Gap has a good clearance sale on decent jeans too. Good luck!
I found a very adorable pair of jeans at Gap and ended up paying $55 including tax for them. I did have a friends & family coupon for 30% off, but Gap ALWAYS has sales, so just keep an eye out for them.
This may go against the spirit of TGAAD, but feel free to email me and I can forward to F&F coupon to you, but it does expire in the next few days…
