I love the new “countdown clock” to the end of TGAAD. Thanks Sally!
I am planning to stop dieting at the end of TGAAD, but right now, the only thing on my September shopping list is a new pair of running shoes. The truth of the matter is that I’m not desperate to get off the diet. I’ve found that I have more than enough clothes stashed away in my closet, needing cleaning or minor repairs, to keep me clothed and happy for a long time to come. I’ve vowed to stop indulging in “recreational shopping” when I’m bored or need a pick up. From now on, I will attempt to only go shopping when I have a specific and identified need–and I will stick to buying just that thing. That’s my good intention, at least!

From now on, I will attempt to only go shopping when I have a specific and identified need–and I will stick to buying just that thing.” I think that is so wise and is something I will also strive to do post-TGAAD!
