This week’s theme rings true for me–I have three or four dresses of truly timeless appeal (I think) that I keep and always get compliments on. (Another I finally had to realize was a bit, er, snug–but it got re-gifted to fellow TGAAD contributor Francine, upon whom it looks absolutely smashing). A dress that can give you a great silhouette, a certain sleekness and a wee bit of that head-turning thing–without calling a ton of attention to itself, and without being *so* stylish that it will be hopelessly out in a couple of years. Look for me in the above dresses at a holiday party near you.
