Izzy, well I did say beg, borrow and steal. If shoplifting is something you can stand by morally I say “go for it.” I do remember in highschool when I shoplifted a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from a notable high-end retailer. I have been trying to make that up in purchases ever since. But, that said, there is nothing quite like the adrenaline rush of shoplifting. FYI I still feel guilty every time I see a pair of Ray Ban Wayfares. Keep in mind, my father was a department store executive so I had a pretty good radar for store security. So back to you Izzy, the decision to shoplift is between you and your conscience. A girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. Keep in mind posting bail is probably not the same as purchasing apparel. And, with all the money you saved on not buying clothes you will have lots to spend on ciagarettes and chewing tabacco when you get to the slammer.

You have got to be kidding, it is not ok to shoplift, steal or put business out of work through a conscious choice. Perhaps Sally B would simply give the goods she suggests it ok to steal.
Im sure the refferal to the slammer etc is meant to mitigate or contextualize, be real.
Sally, I trust you also leave your doors open, car unlocked and let people steal from you, it might give them a rush too.
And it was a dumb question to ask of you anyway, what was the answer meant to be.
Scott, sorry to offend. Of course I was being sarcastic. I never condone shoplifting. And for the record I have paid for my crime in spades. Raised as a good law abiding person I have yet to fully forgive myself for my teenage “experiment.” Please do forgive me for my “snarky” response. I don’t think Izzy or any of the women on this site would ever resort to shoplifting. Thank you.
