I have a client, a high-end, coutour brand that will go unnamed. This copmany has an “employee” store that is very “hush, hush.” Occasionally certain business partners who are not employees are invited to the store. Apparel goes for half and sometimes 75% off the retail price. It is an honor to be invited and not something just anyone can do. Last week I was personally invited by one of the head honchos at the company to “shop till you drop.” This invitation puts me into a bit of a quandary. I am planning to go forth and buy gifts for my family and friends. My hope is that I can get out of there alive while still on the diet. Wish me luck girls. I will need your good kharma to get me through this one.

Wow… Good luck with that one… sounds very hard to resist. Do you have any friends or family members who are around your size? Any chance you could purchase some items for them and occasionally borrow them when you need a new clothing “fix”?
