Prior to joining the ranks of the great american apparel diet, I purchased two winter boots during american eagle’s free shipping online offer on new year’s day. I own a pair of very durable, fuzzy brown boots that have me happy for the past year with additional rainproof protection (a wetproof spray you can find at local shoe shops), however I was searching for something more casual and durable for wear & tear gear and am expecting these to arrive any day now (suede, motorcycle boots).
The choice on these pair of boots was largely because of my interest in heels, lately. My winter foot gear lacks any type of elevated heels (I’m 5.5″) and these looked somewhat manageable to teeter about in the rainy city of vancouver streets. However, on second checking recently the website’s price status it has dropped by ten dollars from my original purchase! So instead, I may return these in stores and shop elsewhere. Delaying decisions until arrival ^^
