I have to say that the timing of Sally’s shinding – this “Great American Apparel Diet” – has been perfectly wonderful for me – and as the days and weeks pass – I am thoroughly committed to caring less and less about clothes. I suppose I have it easy since I work at home – yes – I have a few consulting gigs these days – but I don’t have meetings the way I used to in my “corporate life”. Clothes (aka apparel) now seem so insignificant to me……. though I do need some new cycling shorts….
So Sally thank you. And how is that no-drinking-during-the-month-of-January going???
Lastly – our thoughts and prayers to the Haitian people – it’s a horrific and horrible scene…. and a reminder how fortunate we are.

Rebecca, you rock! Such a positive attitude you have! I am glad to say that I am still on the wagon. I definately believe it is easier when you have a group to do it with. I think all of us are doing well. 1 or 2 slip ups but everyone seems to be curbing their excessive habits.
