My goal is to get rid of everything I don't want or need. I expect to fall far short of my goal. I am 59 years old. I will be 60 in March. I have been assistant to a well known celebrity for the past 23 years. I love to shop and sometimes live to shop. I don't need anything. I find the idea of the diet fascinating and compelling.
